The Ministry of Steampunk takes over the County Assembly Rooms in Lincoln from October 30 to November 1 for Steampunk Halloween V, with Fright Club on the Friday and the Immortal Ball on the Saturday.
The one I’d cross an ocean for is Steampunk Goulburn, October 17 and 18 at the Goulburn Historic Waterworks on the Wollondilly River in New South Wales, because the program includes guided tours of the waterworks machinery in operation. A real pumping station doing its job is the mechanism this hobby keeps claiming and rarely stands next to. I’d want to see the pumps running.
